Dear Sir,

Thank you for the delivery of goods done dated 1 june 2007. After the goods we received and  examined it  turns there are some of the problem.

The problem is : Machine the photocopy brand Panasonic messages 4 fruit broken 2 fruit, and the paper HVS brand BALL WORD measuring A3 4 Boxes and we have received only 3 box, We were deeply regrated the incident. Because the goods is very we need, then we hope you things that can be replaced slowest  there days after this letter.

We hope the incident is not repeated. On her attention we say thank you.
