created by institutions,organizations or individuals in the framework of implementation 
activities.The archive may be a letter, a document, a deed,a charter, a book, and so on, which
can be valid evidence for an action and a decision. 


With the development of technology, archives can be shaped audio, video and digital.


Given the increasing number of archives created and accepted by institutions, organizations, 


bodies and individuals, more archery management systems are required by some work or
